Abstract

Guru PJOK sekolah dasar berperan penting dalam membentuk keterampilan gerak dasar dan menumbuhkan minat anak untuk aktif bergerak. Namun, praktik pembelajaran di lapangan sering kali kurang memperhatikan perbedaan perkembangan siswa kelas bawah dan kelas atas, sehingga berdampak pada variasi literasi fisik dan tingkat keaktifan fisik. Literasi fisik mencakup keterampilan motorik, motivasi, kepercayaan diri, serta pemahaman mengenai manfaat aktivitas fisik sepanjang hayat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat literasi fisik dan tingkat keaktifan fisik siswa sekolah dasar di SDN Gondang.

Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif-korelasional. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa SDN Gondang yang berjumlah 78 orang, dipilih dengan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket daring yang telah divalidasi dan dinyatakan reliabel, mencakup indikator keterampilan gerak dasar, motivasi, kepercayaan diri, frekuensi aktivitas fisik, serta perilaku sedentari. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji one sample t-test dan korelasi bivariat Pearson dengan taraf signifikansi 5%.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata literasi fisik siswa sebesar 72,3 dan keaktifan fisik 69,8, keduanya dalam kategori sedang. Uji korelasi menghasilkan nilai r = 0,163 dengan p-value = 0,063, lebih kecil dari r tabel (0,227), sehingga tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara literasi fisik dan keaktifan fisik. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa literasi fisik penting, tetapi faktor eksternal seperti dukungan guru, keluarga, dan akses fasilitas lebih dominan dalam memengaruhi keaktifan fisik anak.
